Delivery options
You have the following options to have the order delivered:
1. Delivery to your home.
2. Delivery to a different address.
3. Collection in our Shop in Willebroek.
         
Delivery time
Items with status "In stock" ordered from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Items with status "Delivery time on request" are delivered as soon as possible. To know a term, you can contact us by telephone on +32 3 272 41 21 and by email at info@infraroodexpert.be
As soon as we have received your payment/order, your package will be prepared for shipment and collected by our transport service (FEDEX, TNT/UPS, DHL, BPOST or others). Your package will then be delivered to the address of your choice in the following days.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will receive a note in the mailbox. This indicates that the package was either delivered to the neighbor or that a second offer will take place.
